"Toward the end of 2018, I felt generally poor - carrying excess weight, low mood and such symptoms. I realised and then knew I needed to get some... help and this started my search. My husband and I both made the decision to approach Cherry at 'Life Zest Health'. We were both candidates to go onto the Metabolic Balance program and this we did. This was February 2019 and for me, by late May, I was very close to my goal weight and equally as wonderful, I had much improved mood, energy, positivity etc. Cherry's support, coaching and encouragement has been a vital part of my success. For me, the key ingredients for my gaining maximum benefit from the program are:1) Knowing I needed help and guidance2) Being desperate to change and determined to do what it took to implement change3) Being accountable to someoneIn June 2019, I had a serious accident, was in hospital for two weeks including Intensive Care. Eating, for the next 3-4 months, was pureed food then to a soft diet due to great challenges in swallowing. Being overweight was no longer an issue as I was now under-weight, so nutrition and health were the priority. (I am grateful that I was in a healthier place both physically and mentally by the time of the accident. I am sure, this helped in a good, progressive recovery.)Here again, Cherry coached me through these changes and needs. What the constant for me has been and is, is that the Metabolic Nutritional Eating Plan is for me and my whole life. It is the optimum and the way I choose to eat, oh, with treat meals too! My husband and I love that we have a plan we can always go by that will, and does, provide portion size and types of food that our individual bodies process best for good weight and health. The keys learned about the body and the wonderful way it is made and designed to work are important.I love that it is not a one-size-fits-all program and that it works. As I worked toward my weight loss goal I did not ever feel hungry eating the portion size and foods suggested. My gut was causing me grief with bloating, pain, and no regularity with what would set it off. Being dairy and gluten free I was careful with what I... ate anyway. Fatigued, hormone issues and not sleeping well were some of my symptoms.
I was committed to change and to do what I needed to do to have a peaceful gut. Having worked with Cherry and Alec I now have a very healthy relationship with food and what I need to do to stay healthy.
I feel empowered and have some great rituals and order around my eating. My gut is healing, and I know what is needed for a healthy gut and peaceful nights sleeping.

It is said that seeing is believing. I am normally quite critical when something sounds too good to be true. By February 2019 I was fed up with... feeling unwell and overweight and remembered hearing about Cherry Wills and talking to her in 2017 and decided it was time to see her and commit to the metabolic balance wellness program.
Today I checked in with Cherry, who is a delightful and motivating coach/practitioner and walked out on a cloud pinching myself as I am already 3/4 of the way in reaching my weight loss goal of 15kgs! I can't believe I have lost weight and changed shape just by eating! it has called for discipline and adjusting to correct portions but the food on my personal plan is great. I am now addicted to goats cheese and happily my local Woolies has a good supply. I have tried many diets over the years loosing weight but never keeping it off. I thought I had been eating healthily in the past but now I know I am and believe I will enjoy following this wellness program from now on.
I am Diabetic 2, so checked with my GP and Diabetic Educator about my personal program. They think it is great especially as with weight loss, my blood sugar and blood pressure readings are so much better. I have so much more energy now it almost feels indecent 😄
