What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you submit information via a contact form that information is recorded in an encrypted format and used to contact you. It may be used to add your email address to a mailing list that you can unsubscribe from at any time. If you become a client this information may be transferred to our client management systems. Otherwise this information is discarded after sufficient time has passed to determine you no longer want to be contacted.
Please do not submit any information of a sensitive nature, e.g. bank details, identification numbers, etc.
